Merge pull request #168 from mrfaptastic/SM5266P

Implement

    Sm5266 panels
    Increase default latch blanking
    Get rid of the legacy begin() usage of the library.
    Fix a minor bug with the DMA v and h line draw with out-of-bounds x/y/length params.
