ebe75dcaba Update to include S3 support. 
Refactor tonnes of code. Double buffering not yet fully tested. PSRAM support doesn't work at all - garbled mess.

Enable in platformIO using:
build_flags =
	-DSPIRAM_FRAMEBUFFER=1
