Add bond management API.

* Adds these new methods to NimBLEDevice to manage bonded peers:

- NimBLEDevice::deleteBond(const NimBLEAddress &address);
- NimBLEDevice::getNumBonds();
- NimBLEDevice::isBonded(const NimBLEAddress &address);
- NimBLEDevice::deleteAllBonds();
- NimBLEDevice::getBondedAddress(int index);
