[NimBLEAdvertisementData] Add setServices methods for multiple UUID's

Adds:
- setPartialServices16
- setPartialServices32
- setCompleteServices16
- setCompleteServices32

Each takes an input parameter of std::vector<NimBLEUUID> to allow for advertising multiple services with a simple interface.
